I couldn't agree more. Gordon did an admirable job of playing all of Mason's nuances , but Lane will always be my favorite Mason.

love gordon thompson as mason and love his justified rage at sophia and c.c. during this time eden was having a nervous breakdown directly attributable to the bad parenting of c.c. and absenteeism of sophia. c.c. hated his own son and mason was right about sophia murdering her own son just because he was gay. only eden had the nerve to bring up to sophia how cowardly it was of her to murder her channing. unconditional love was never extended to mason and channing. only eden loved mason.

I thought he was criminally underrated and the perfect Mason. I did grow to like Gordon Thomson, but nobody ever compared to Lane.

sure did! I was in school as well & unable to tape. FINALLY got to see it just recently, after hearing about it for many years. I immediately uploaded it here after receiving it, for those that were in the same boat as myself. Glad you got to watch & enjoy it.

You're very welcome, and I agree. This is some of Judith's best work on SB, and that's saying a lot. I'm just pleased to have finally seen it myself and to be able to share it with the SB fans who missed it when it originally aired also.
