Glitches are only bad if they detract from gameplay. Otherwise they only serve towards the end of emergent gameplay.
In my experience the glitches in Fable2 were minimal at worst.

forget Fable 3. If you advance the time for another 500 years, you will never get the same "Fable feeling". In Fable 2 they are allready on the limit.
