Strawinsky The Rite of Spring Raphling/Rivera transc. Complet ballet for piano solo Daniel Rivera Festival Sonora 2002 Montopoli in Val d'Arno Italy www.danielrivera.it
I have a large book containing Stravinsky's three early ballets Petrushka, Firebird, and the Rite of Spring. What's nice is that all the pieces have been split up into the separate acts. it is for solo piano and it is for advanced piano players. It's published by no other than Schrimer's Library (my favorite) and can be ordered online for about 20$.
Too loud in the quiet sections. In the Spring Rounds tonal variety, hushed atmosphere and mystery are required to give the ear and brain something else to think about. However, again, in the Rival Tribes, solid and powerful. And brilliant performance of the Dance of the Earth, probably the most difficult minute of the piece.
great (but i think there is possible to improve dynamics...)
