Sometimes when I'm feeling low, because of the trouble with pain in my neck and back, I realise how you might feel. And you know I have very much admiration for you and also much appreciation, to hold on and not give up, try for better. A friend of mine works in a hospital, one wouldn't like to know what ambulances bring in, it's distressing at least. I count my blessings, and I hope you do yours and before I start to cry, I'd say do well and take care.

I like what you're doing and Thank You for all your efforts! It so reminds me of when I was able to walk, raise from a seated position, climb stairs, etc. I would have loved to have had this info available to me. YOU GO JOHN!!

I just put loads of cushions to make sure a chair is high enough to get out of...
I just realized I use the same artifact to raise from a chair when im putting my jeans pants on. When the jeans is halfway up my legs, it holds them just like the belt in your video, and i didnt know why it was so easier to get up from a chair when wearing a jeans. Great video
