SFIII wasn't unsuccessful because of it's gameplay. Parrying made SFIII have gameplay deeper than any fighter before it. What are you talking about, nullifying? Are you just pissed that you can't spam the same stupid ass block string thousands of times? Parrying gives focus to the most important part of a competitive game: reading your opponent. The only thing parrying nullifies is stupidity. Maybe the game was just too smart for America.

LOL at marvel being dead. There were quite a few money matches, and several japanese players came over. Mashy Blood and Codes though... are a disgrace. Same thing with BB. Those games are trash garbage worse than 3s where you can't play 99% of the cast.

I guess you should check again then. GG is still there, and ST had to go because it's the longest running competitive fighter in history and needs to hang it's hat, which 3s will be doing next year for more time to showcase even gayer, more popular shit like Mashy Blood and Fate:UC. &I don't play Brawl; there are better party games out there. Nice assumption, there. &MvC is dead just like 3s. Tell me how many EVO exhibitions there are for 3s and Marvel each this year. Go ahead, I'll wait.
