That why I play a spellsword or a battlemage
-
In my D&D group our sorcceror can deal insane amounts of damage. Magic dealers are like glass cannons.
-
And this is why I multiclass as a monk or bard when I play as a mage.
-
In my group it tends to be the Fighter that dies. And or some reason my knife is always found in his back.... He really should stop falling onto it when he hasn't got his armour equipped...
-
Our mage consistently is making will saves to see if he snaps and starts trying to kill me.... yes, i take the mick out of him a lot, really, i would've killed me by now if i was him
-
Correction, 1d4+1 damage. PLUS ONE, now that's leet :D
-
Our mage miscasts and summons daemons....
then he cast a fireball in close combat,
''dont worry guys, daddy got this!''
-
2 words: mage armor

@KichouSoodo d4 yes but thats what meta-magic is for.
xD Our mage just keeps trying to kill our whole party with lightning. It's our fighter that keeps almost getting killed, and by our mage no less.

MM-Strangely enough when thrown at your GM it always does 6d8 damage to the whole party...
