  • $250 for one day in Pt. Pleasant..lol. Really I live 20 min from there would of loved to attend but that is insane.

  • @gamebred26 I guess it is not for everybody. I just attended a one day seminar yesterday for $350. I have attended many others for 2-3 times as much. Crossfit charges $1000 for 2 days, etc. I share the knowledge that I have learned from years of experience and thousands of dollars invested. I ensure it is worth the investment if you value your time training. I assume you would rather troll the web for free than attend hands on seminars that cost money. Thats cool, too. Good luck.

  • @mwich40 lol i was doing this shit back in HS ..this is nothing new. powerlifting and bells were used long before you decided to make a business out of them...relax.

  • @gamebred26 its all good bro, I am relaxed. It just isnt something you find value in, but others do. I didnt "make" a business out of it, but some people request to have seminars to enhance their knowledge and performance, and I offer a solution and guidance. I just want to help people succeed, I don't force anyone to come to me.

  • Whats happened to your own gym dude?

  • @WonkyStool i moved to Florida, changes being made

  • always good..... when's your next trip planned to the UK??

  • @mwich40 What was the weight on those split snatches?

  • @MrGucunja essentially, the reds are 45lbs instead of 25 kg, blues are 35 lbs instead of 20... the company is VTX, kind of silly but they're not my plates, I just lift them.

  • @mwich40 ok, great, so it's basically "one color down"

  • @damnation333 Split snatches were very popular years ago. Check out Norbert Schemansky. they require more speed in the third pull and probably more athleticism, but they are not as efficient as regular snatches. The are useful or someone with shoulder issues that have pain during overhead squatting, like me. There are pros and cons to almost every variation.

  • @MrGucunja normally yes, but this company made the plates in lbs, yellow=25 lbs, green=10 lbs. Total weight of split snatches = 215

  • hey man, great stuff! Wondering about the plates... yellow=15 green=10kg, or smth different?

  • That's an interesting Snatchtechnique. Looks quite hard to coordinate though!
