@rocksully filters respond better to a clearer signal to as close to your guitar as possible, but that's open to debate.

I was looking to get a sound like the one you get at 3:35, when you slow down the rate (i'd have it set slower). Would you recommend this pedal for that? In other words I was looking for a pedal that has a sweep similar to a phaser but with a filter, to get an autofilter or resonant filter sound & not as much for that touch wah or envelope filter sound (funk sound), more for that sweeping phaser/filter type. Could you see this pedal doing that?
Thanks, and great playing! Cool sounds!!

woah. yeah i played with you guys at a mexican restaurant in rancho viejo, california or something like that. i was in this band signs of hope. i was chilling with you guys outside with your microcube. weird. i checked out the beast egg video. looks pretty rad. how much?

Is it better to have the Prometheus near the beginning of your pedal chain? I have mine at the end before Delay, but do you find you have more audio control with it at the beginning?

Looks like fun! Seems to be much more versatile than the Emma for about the same price.
"beast egg" tag. were you in lilu dallas?

LOL yeah. I actually build a high gain fuzz now called the Beast Egg. Some of the other guys from Lilu use them in other projects now.

awesome clip! just a quick question though, does Prometheus also do crazy random arpeggio like sample and hold clone of yours?

Sort of. The sequenced filter is just that - sequenced. It is not random and the sequences are very noticeable so if you want something truly random consider a robotalk.
