I am a sovereign sentient being and I am exercising my lawful and unalienable rite-of-way to move freely upon the common roads via my private carriage and am not subject to any foreign jurisdiction outside of my sovereign jurisdiction. I am not engaged in any commercial activity, ie: driving, traffic, transport, business, or any other privileged, licensed or criminal activity.
I do not consent nor am I bound by any law, policy, act, ordinance, by-law, addendum, adhesion contract, or executive or military order which attempt to prohibit my travel by way of drivers licenses and taxes, nor am I subject to any other quasi-State or Federal or International laws issued by any governmental body politic whatsoever. All alleged governmental jurisdictions are foreign to me.
 When government passes an unlawful act such as the licensing of a right people have no obligation to obey it, for it is void from the time it was enacted: An unconstitutional legislative enactment, through law in form, is in fact not law at all. It confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection; it is in legal contemplation as inoperative as though it had never been passed. Bonnett v. Vallier, 116 N.W. 885, 136 Wis. 193 (1908); Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425, 442.
Unless you have presented a warrant which is signed by a judge stating the cause of action and the nature of cause and accompanied by a sworn complaint by an injured party under penalty of perjury, then you have unlawfully seized me and I now have reasonable suspicion to believe you are committing a crime, and, unless you are willing to accept and present to me your full commercial liability for your actions, and unless you present a claim upon which relief can be granted and fully Bonded for the amount of the claim, You lack any jurisdiction and are committing crimes under USC Title 18, for impersonating, kidnapping, involuntary servitude, false imprisonment, slavery, peonage, embezzlement, negligence, and other crimes which are punishable by fines and up to 14 years imprisonment for each crime.
I have every right to use lethal force to defend myself and my private property from unlawful acts forced upon me under color of law. see - (John Bad Elk v. U S, 177 U.S. 529 - 1900)
In the event that you unlawfully seize or search me and/or cause any injury to me, my, myself, mine or I, YOU will be sued in your private capacity without immunities or protection from your superiors in a court of competent jurisdiction. If I am forced to comply with you I will only do so under threat and duress and reserving all my unalienable rights and my actions or words may not be construed as an admission of guilt or as submission to any imposed jurisdiction or authority, and can never be used against me.
18 U.S.C. § 31 : US Code - Definitions
(6) Motor vehicle. - The term "motor vehicle" means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes on the highways in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property, or property or cargo.
(10) Used for commercial purposes. - The term "used for commercial purposes" means the carriage of persons or property for any fare, fee, rate, charge or other consideration, or directly or indirectly in connection with any business, or other undertaking intended for profit.

I still have not had time to go after these criminals as i am trying to get my home back and help others who have been forced out in a class action and federal rico we have filed.. i DID file a lawsuit against the judge here for impersonating.. but havent been able to follow it through... yet we are also ptting together actions against the 5 who busted in my huse without a warrant march 2010

@earthicastar Discharge the debt through the remedy process - they disregarded and proceeded with the foreclosure - this could have been prevented by good people getting rid of the judge when I had a recall petition. It seems all of the new government and sovereign and oathkeeper groups disappear when the going gets tough.

I did put out buletins asking for people to be in the court as witnesses and appealed to several news papers and journalist friends in the county to cover the hearings... but no one showed except my son, a girfriend, and my legal expert friend. It has been over 2 years now and the case was suspended for competency at the 3rd hearing and a bench warrant issued for failure to appear. i filed on judge -fraud & impersonating but been too busy with foreclosur

Spread these videos....start a free website and link to these videos....then send emails to media outlets with the links to these videos...sent them to your local, state, and federal representatives, demand that we return to the way of mutual love, kindness, and respect for one another and especially from cops.
