@askido351 The story is the young girl has gone clubbing and is drinking alcohol and meeting men. The mum is at home worried. The women sing "My child where are you, with who?". Tuku sings "Take the child (girl) home the day is gone it is dark outside." Thats basically what the song is about.

Sick Afro! I love this song NOW, I remember my uncle playing Tuku a lot when I would visit. I never appreciated this music until I left zim.

For those who cant understand .All he is saying is: young man accompany this child(young woman) home because it is getting dark. The mother also asks where have you been, who with?
In the video you see the guys flirting with the girl in the pub, the clock is going round and round whilst the mother is cooking supper wondering.

Ha ha Great song, Zimbabwe was then the hub of joy and great positive attitude. We were having a blast, and we were sharing a common cause and united arguably. Today the revolution, has eaten its children, the leaders have forgotten why they fought the war, and they line their pockets, why the Povo suffer and struggle for a decent meal. Shame Mugabe. Shame ZANU PF.
