As an Indonesian ever lived in Bhubaneswar for 1 year (2010), to my standard Bhubaneswar isn't a very clean city comparing to towns in my country..
I admit it is a well managed and in order city (offices here, trades and markets there, residence in other areas, and a good numbers of trees to cover citizens from heat). Also there is no big traffic unlike other Indian cities. I love walking or biking through the city in the late afternoon and evening.
Of course I really miss Bhubaneswar :-)

Bhubaneswar is now going to be a great place.I will say it is the cleanest .
I have stayed in different city in India.Now staying Germany .
But I like my city Bhubaneswar.It is historical ,planned and perfect .
Bhubaneswar in India is like Rome in Europe .
If we take a little care Bhubaneswar will be the most beautiful city.

I'm from the UK and I just spent an awesome eight days in Bhubaneswar to see two of my best friends get married at the Mayfair Lagoon. We saw all the sights of the city of temples, and this brings back great memories.
