oh gawshh i heard that when i was about 7? and like every night on channel 61? idk uhmm like around 12 am it would show those it freaked me out i would go under my covers and cry cuz i always think its a scary noisee

Okay honestly, my mom falls asleep with the t.v. on all the time, and she's a bit short on hearing, so the vol. is usually a bit loud. Okay, about 4 in the morning every month this godforsaken horrible rude screetching comes on with the damned emergency broadcast shit.
Couldn't they design a sound that wasn't intended to scare the living daylights out of people at 4 am?

It showed just few minutes before 5:00 am local time on Feb 13, KTVU mostly doing the test before the morning news starts.
