@menacingshadows Most all places on earth are now far more peaceful than ever before in history. Including North America. There has been a myth of a per-columbian peaceful utopia for several decades in popular culture, but that isn't really the way archaeologists understand it. This documentary kind of over dramatizes the academic debate. We all know there was a lot of violence in ancient times.
