The stealing is bit of a gray area. I can see where leary stole his jokes from hicks but sometimes comics do talk about the same thing. But anyway leary the clips make me cringe as well his delivery is fucking annoying and stupid.

The last little bit: 'smoking is allowed in heaven'- I'd count that. The other stuff was just similar. The jokes were about the same things (smoking on a plane and tracheotomies), but they were different jokes.

Leary is a talentless no mark without the brains to understand or deliver Hick's material. He stole some lines, sure, but he never even came close to capturing the magic Bill could produce on stage, not even on his best night.
