Obama claiming he's been to 57 states... what exactly did I miss while I was living in the UK?

This country is in disaster because of horrible administrations in our past...not really just Bush...the economy was/is going to tank in either Bush's term or Obama's...this is due to failed democratic bail out plans,(F&F).
