Not malevolently though. They guy himself is an official moderator on the ABS-CBN boards, and it seems that he is providing a service to people who want to view the videos around the world. Seems like a pretty good sport as well, concerning that he does have an active seemingly-healthy relationship with ABS-CBN itself.

Hmmmnnn...broadcast on public TV and a live event. And it isn't even the high-res original, but it's a low-resolution video of a TV screen showing the live event. I don't think so.
