Ryan Zimmerman Gives Fan His Game Used Baseball Bat

Ryan Zimmerman came out of the dugout after the game and handed Donivan his game used bat. Although the Nationals lost 4-0 this was our highlight of the night. Thanks Ryan.........Can we get you to autograph it sometime??Washington Nationals vs Chicago Cubs 8/25/10 at Nationals Park.

I find it strange it has an authentication sticker if Ryan just broke it and gave it away

@12penn2....we found it strange too, none of the other baseball bats that have been given to my sons by MLB players have had an authentication sticker. Ryan did give him the bat and he also autographed it.

@TheBestboys4.......She is a season ticket holder who sits in the 2nd row, she was pissed off that she did not get the bat. Zimm always looks out for kids at Nats Park when it comes to stuff like this.
