kahuku shrimp

this is my interpretation of Kahuku shrimp, feel free to add your own flare into this dish. special thanks to Emilie and Ray for telling me about this.

-you will need-
1 lb(or more) of Shrimp with shell on
10 clovews of garlic finely chopped
a bottle of chili oil
butter

(optional)
flour, sald and pepper, cayenne pepper mixture

If you had any shrimp left over (which I am sure you didn't) you could have chopped them up and made lumpia. Ang sarap!

@ItsEyceeTV For sure, it is better to cook the shrimp with the shell on. The flavour will be better no question. (i'd still peel them before eating them though.) Ha, I can eat my potatoes with the skins on and all my firends in Manila won't et potato skin. It just depends on how you were brought up and what is your comfort food. I keep an eye out for your videos cause you are a super nice guy. If I ever grow any balls, I post a vid of one of my recipies.

@bloodandwinearered Yup, people like the shell off but I just got so used to eating the shell on, lots of people say shrimp heads are the best part of the shrimp, and I believe them. although I dont eat the shrimp heads I like sucking on them lol.. wow dont get the wrong idea now haha.. again thanks for viewing comment rate subscribe when you get the chance..

@ItsEyceeTV That is completely different. When we have shrimp with my friends in Manila we peel all the shrimp and take off the heads. After dinner my Pinoy friends ask me, "do you mind if we eat the heads now?" I say, "but we tore off the heads and threw them away". They then go to the fridge where they have them saved. They seem to save the shrimp heads as a treat for after dinner. Not my thing, but I understand. Thanks to clear that up for me.

@bloodandwinearered again..whatever you prefer, I prefer to have the shell on and bread it.. why??? because I dont peel the shell off I eat it with the shell on! whatever floats your boat is fine man. thanks for watching
