He told her not to move once and what did she do after that? She moved again. There's only a certain threshold a person has for someone doing something stupid, and she crossed the line several times.

Its true that she is over reacting, but at the same time, the way that cock sucker was acting towards her is uncalled for. she is paying money for not only good work but good and caring costumer service. you notice that he getting rude and causing her to feel defensive. doing amature tattoos myself im still smart enough to know how to keep jumpy people calm and quiet without losing my cool.
