Bank Profits Soar, Small Businesses Sink

Bank of America, WellsFargo, CitiGroup and JPMorgan Chase recorded huge profits in the 3rd quarter of 2011 but 40% of small businesses in America reported a loss. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur shares his thoughts from the Occupy Wall Street protests in New York City.

@Jakedastudly lol, getting rid of the presidency wont happen period.

I m not so much against it, but its less likely to happen than just about anything else you can imagine.

Though I do have some paranoid people telling me politicians might abolish states or the constitution or something as drastic if we allow them to convene a convention, so I am not saying it cant be imagined I guess lol

But I dont see those or losing presidency as happening in this reality.

It gives me some small amount of hope to hear Cenk Uygur talking about the perils of our crony capitalist state, and I hope his rhetoric is echoed by the majority of liberals. The greatest opponent of what Cenk is crying out against in modern federal politics today is Ron Paul. But liberals will not support him, because he wants states to handle abortion and because he's a creationist. I don't think either of those things are that threatening in the face of Paul's message. It's a shame.
