Sounds like a sequence from a low-budget Sixties exploitation flick, you know, the scene where the cop enters the dance hall full of those evil hippie-freaks gyrating around to the music, and the cop has to rescue the innocent runnaway chick who has been dosed with acid and is about to be raped by a bunch of nasty, dirty, bearded, crazed hippie dudes...yeah, this is the background music.
