Looks like s pretty good compact for $100USD

this camera is pretty cool because if you are zoomed in with the digital zoom you will see that it is a little bit blures but once you take the picture the picture is really sharp.
-
just a ''shot in the dark question'' what is this camera taking night time pictures and pictures in a club??
thanks x

Some reviews have said that the controls are quite difficult to use - did you find this a problem ?
-
i dont have it myself, but it makes 30 pictures per second when on video mode, which means it'll be smooth. Any more than 30 then it would just skip and jump.

Is this good for like 5-10 minute long video clips at a okay not blurry quality ?
-
great help, thanks :)

I cannot decide between the Fuji z20fd and z100fd for a handy small compact. From experience, would you sacrifice the higher optical zoom for the higher mp quality? Or vice versa?
No one needs more than 7 megapixels in a compact. Much more than that and quality often actually goes down, as noise and/or aggressive noise reduction destroy the detail.
So I'd go for the zoom.

If it gets 85% above it gets a 'recommended' badge, so yes its good. 90% and above gets a Gold Award. We don't give too many of those away. Its a good camera, but not class leading. It depends what you're looking for. If you like the styling and features and want good quality pictures without scrutinising them with a magnifying lupe looking for flaws you'll be happy with this.

Its a pretty good choice for a small, attractive camera that fits in your pocket and takes good pictures. I bought one of its predecesssors, the Z5d for my wife, which I suppose is an endorsement.
