one of the outer spin rings came loose and of it's track and when I would spin it the gears would bind up.
I promptly called them an them mailed it back for a full refund. lifetime warranty or not 2 days is bullshit. I really did love the ring for the 6 hours I actually did spin the gears but I cannot look past such a critical failure and poor quality control
