Thomas Moore is the best-selling author of 16 books on deepening spirituality and cultivating soul in every aspect of life. He has been a monk, a musician, a university professor, and a psychotherapist, and today he lectures widely on holistic medicine, spirituality, psychotherapy, and the arts.
Moore also writes fiction and music and often works with his wife, artist and yoga instructor, Hari Kirin, whose paintings are currently on display at the BMAC. He has recently published "Care of the Soul in Medicine," which represents the author's vision for improving health care, spelling out how health-care workers can care for their patients as whole persons—body, soul, and spirit.
