on the journey sometimes you wonder if you will be the one exception to the rule being presented....so it's wonderful that it works ..... I love it. Hope all is well with you!

You're looking just Fantastic! I'm not doing a Phase 4, but starting another Round on Saturday, so the Loading will begin. I think you'll do just fine on P4. Now you know the basics of keeping the weight under control, and eating far more healthier than before. I'm proud of you :) Keep us updated on your progress.
