@reston81 Because of her "poor" mandatory figures. Otherwise she was amazing and should have won. However she won one year later.

This is late in respond, the first part is a song titled "Bilitis - Generique" (Sarah Brightman has a version of this song). I am not familiar with the upbeat second song.
