How well does the wood hold up in humidity? Looking a t building a cyc in South Florida. Pro cyc sells fiberglass pieces but they are expensive! I've been told wood will require lots of repairs due to warping / cracking in South Florida.

@diperna 12 The humidity is high in Austin and they don't always control the climate in the studio. There are large doors open sometimes so the humidity changes. The wall was painted as soon as I finished it and has been repainted several times. This should protect it from the elements. I used glue and screws on all construction this helps control the wood also. If you keep the wall air conditioned you should be fine. Plus the money you save you can make any small repairs. Good luck.
