This music is an attempt to show you, in a way that you would enjoy, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who died for your sins, and that without him, there is, as you so eloquently put it, "DEATH TO THE FAITHFULLY IGNORANT!!!" Dudes im so fucking Anti Religious it isn't even funny but I can fucking respect Mortification because they're brutal. Take a look at Possessed. They put on this elaborate Satanic Facade but Larry LaLonde (Original guitarist now in Primus) went to chruch every Sunday. Mortification is Brutal and amazing Old Skool Death Metal. Like i said I'm Anti Religious. You can shove your bibles up your ass and shit all the testaments. But like i've stated Mortification are amazing. End of Story

Ugh, when given the choice between this crap and stuff like Carpathian Forest, Gorgoroth, Onslaught or Legion of the Damned... 'spretty obvious which I'd choose.
As with all things, Metal is something Christianity is trying to assimilate, once they realised they can never beat it, but as with all attempts at this; FAIL.
Screaming about one's love for Jesus just removes all the brutality that Metal has.
