lowriding was started in the barrios of los angeles and central california . it was origenated by young mexican american kids,of the 1950s and 60s.you didint start seeing other races lowride until the70s.mostly black kids from L.A. who were raised around mexican naighborhoods! lowriding is now world wide and thats coool!1
