    Here is the instructions:

    After 3 trails I figured it out:

    Press 1 for English then press Zero for operator then press 1 for virtual hold option : Enter phone number area code first follow by #key when done (If you make mistake just enter more digits like 714888888888888# key and you have an option to re-enter your phone number again). Then verbally say your full name then they will call you back.

    Just tried this call back feature and it worked great. It took an hour before I got a call back but I had plenty to do in the mean time so it was not inconvenient at all. Thanks to DMV for setting this up!
