Nice song but Gang Starr should have definitely been mentioned! Why giving it up for half of the whack rappers that killed hip hop like T.I., Wayne, Nelly and Puff. Other names that could have been mentioned are Compton's Most Wanted/MC Eiht, DJ Quik, Nice & Smooth, Whodini, Above the Law, the Hieroglyphics crew & X-Clan.

I disagree, everyone knew Vanilla Ice is whack, even white people.

Nelly has followers who swear by him which makes him seem like a bigger player in the culture to people not in it. That portrays a bad light on hip hop thus watering it down
