I suggest (to all fans of catch wrestling) a book called "Catch Wrestling: A Wild and Wooly Look at the Early Days of Pro Wrestling in America" by Mark Hewitt. It's the greatest book that I've ever seen on the old-time catch wrestlers like Ad Santel, William Muldoon, Strangler Lewis, Farmer Burns, Joe Stecher, Tom Jenkins, Fred Beel, Karl Gotch, Lou Thesz, etc. I bought mine off eBay for $20.
