We showing about 5 empty hands disarms on the left side attack and 5 on the right side attack of the your body. In order for you to follow it , I also did a slow version of the disarms, but the only key to becoming confident in doing such a disarm is to practice it regularly and you must include it in your routine practice. There are also separate disarms when the opponent strikes the lower part of your body. We will show that next time.
