There is a move to equate all religions as being essentially the same. It is a false ecumenism and in full bloom, it leads souls to Hell.

  • catholic is a false religion

because catholic's worship idols and graven images

god hate to see human worship man made idols and graven images

    and catholic worship virgin mary

how can virgin mary be a god ?

  • @ahhhhhhh83 I have to think you are pulling my leg, because this is just SO foolish! Still; Catholics do NOT worship Mary OR statues. We HONOR Mary (and we do NOT think she is a god) because she is our mother ("Honor thy father and mother") and we use statues to remind us of God & the saints (remember, in the Bible God ORDERS the making of statues for the Temple etc.)

  • If your beliefs are based on Christ, how come you never open the bible? Tell me, where does it say that priest have to be single? 1 Timothy 3:1,2 states that a shepherd of Christ flock should be a husband of one wife. Maybe you'd have less homosexual priest and pedophiles then :D

  • @krummingi Wow - moronic failure to understand Church rules AND insults? In three and a half lines? Excellent work! It is NOT a doctrine priests can't marry, but a discipline which stems from the words of Saint Paul where he says those who are unmarried can devote more time to Christ.

  • @krummingi Also, why would allowing people who want to engage in disordered sex and molest children to marry grown women keep them from depravity? Most pedophiles are the PARENTS of the children! To stop these sexual evils, we need to keep homosexuals and other disordered people out of the priesthood. Allowing them to marry won't change a thing.

  • @MarkGauvreau Any truth they have is Catholic truth - why would anyone go somewhere incomplete when the full truth is available in the Catholic Church?

  • Good job Micheal Voris, a soldier of Jesus Christ.

Keep standing agiasnt heresy and keep encouraging others to do so aswell.

  • @ahhhhhhh83 We don't worship Mary or the saints. We worship Jesus Christ, the holy trinity. We PRAY to Mary and the saints for the help in our times of need. Again, we DO NOT worship them. We worship God and the Holy Trinity.

  • the ONLY other religion/church/place I would go to if not atheist or Catholic as I am now, is the Orthodox Church... NEVER protestant... poor girl, she though protestant meant pro-testament.....more like protestant who protests against everything and anything Catholic!

  • "There are not over a hundred people in the United States who hate the Catholic Church. There are millions, however, who hate what they wrongly believe to be the Catholic Church....As a matter of fact, if we Catholics believed all of the untruths and lies which were said against the Church, we probably would hate the Church a thousand times more than they do." --- ARCHBISHOP FULTON J. SHEEN

Wow! Did not realized how accurate Archbishop Sheen was until I read some of these responses. Interesting!

  • @ahhhhhhh83 We don't worship anyone but God. We asks Mary and the Saints for intercession because we feel that in their saintliness during their time on earth, they are now closer to God. We would never pray TO them, but it certainly doesn't hurt to ask someone that we presume and/or hope is in heaven to pray for us. I hope that explains things. God bless! :-)

  • I commend you, Michael, for speaking out against this. I come in contact with a lot of protestants (even among my family) and it is difficult for me to find solid ground on which I stand about this issue. Thank you for educating me the Catholic way, guess it's time to go dust off my 'ol copy of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Once again, thank you for all of your effort. It is very comforting to know there are people like you out fighting for The One True Faith. God bless you!
