We should hold the corporations who manufactured these products responsible for cleaning up their mess. Otherwise, it's just another example of how corporations externalize so many of their costs and pass them on to the public and the planet.

I just returned from a vacation at the seashore and this video is so real! Plastic is not only destroying our Earth, it is wreaking havoc in our bodies (endocrine disrupters... look into it). It amazes me, knowing the problems of this evil creation that more and more packaging is now plastic instead of glass, etc. SCARY!

That's a great thing to do! I've only seen Pacifica from HWY1, but would love to actually see the town. We usually go up to Stinson and those little towns up here in Marin. Closer to home, you know. Good luck with your ban styrofoam mission.
