All the characters developed so much through the show. But Cordelia's transformation from high school bully on Buffy to a medium/angelthing on Angel was really amazing.

@HyperionBorg I don't know where you get your facts from, but SMG didn't refuse to appear in the final episode of Angel, she actually offered to appear in the finale but Joss turned her down. Originaly he had wanted SMG for "The Girl in Question" but she had other work commitments.
