@DBNonchalant So you’re saying you think god created a primitive earth 4.5 billion years ago, which began with single celled organisms and then took those 4.5 billion years to evolve into the 10 odd million species we currently know of, including us?

So essentially, contradicting a rather large proportion of the bible’s claims. I.e. Creating man out of dust then woman out of a rib, sending a huge flood but saving those 7 of each of the 10 million species with a small boat?

@Si737 When God created the world, whose to say that he didn't create it through the evolution of lesser species until he perfected a man. And the whole creating the world in 7 days, how do you quantify a value when its based on what it produces... aka 7 days he created the universe and the Earth is part of the universe and a day is based on the Earth. These things are easy to understand stand but most people thing of Religion in a fairytales come true type of way, which is wrong.

I feel very similar to you, but the thing I question is macro evolution. I'm certain micro evolution exists. But I'm open to anything, and I'm still searching for the truth.

@DJclockbreaker I completely agree. I look outside everyday and see the planet, and there is no doubt in my mind that there is a Creator. But all creators have a process, and God's process is what we call science. Is there such thing as evolution, of course there is! We see things evolve and adapt everyday. God knows what he/she is doing, believe it.

I'm just going to throw this out their.... Christians that don't believe in science are really dumb.... they have the nerve to call God dumb? If he can do anything... Why can't he do it in such a marvelously complicated way that even more shows his power? for example... the big bang theory.. FREAKIN AWESOME... last time i checked, Gods pretty awesome/smart. haha
