Just skip the first part to where he is discussing the story of Joseph in the Old Testament as an analogy for proper redistribution policy. Just as taking the majority of resources from the rich in the US will make a minimum impact on the lives of all Americans so too will taking the wealth of America and distributing globally (already being done BTW) fail to make a major impact on the lives of the worlds poor. There are just too many. The world could rejoice that no one has it better. We also have nothing to aspire to.
