@gtrracer9107 and as far as i know the only difference between the RB26s from r32s up to r34s were rather minor such as ECU upgrades, turbo changes, new crankshaft design, minor tune ups and emmissions crap. they are essentially the same engine and all parts are interchangeable. onli difference with block were the N1 spec which were stronger. Do ur research and dont try sound like u know it all or u get made to look like a ass by people who know there stuff.

@gtrracer9107 epic burnout mate love it! wtf are you talking about gtrracer, long block and short block? those are terms used when your buy/building engines. short block= block with no head or ancillarys, long block is including head etc. i build RBs on a regular basis and im guessing your comparing a rb26dett with a rb30et? thats not really comparing apples with apples. you put a 26 head on a 30 block and you have an epic engine. oh and ur dates are wrong too, they made r33 GTRs up to end of 98

@tbonedlive depends on the 26 there is a small block rb26 and a long block rb26 from 89-95 they had the small block rb26 and then when the r34 came out they came out with the long block rb26

generally speaking the rb26 lb is a more suitable motor since its twin turbo the rb30 is only a single turbo

bigger displacement but still only a single turbo so in my opinion the RB26 is a much better engine then a RB30
