  • A perfect performance at the proper tempo.

  • Marvelous! Thank you for posting this piece!

  • Thank you for posting this! Of the dozen or so performances that I've heard, this SIMI recording of the third movement seems by far the best: the tempo is perfect, the French horns are dazzling. (By contrast, some conductors [under the influence of academic "experts" perhaps] take the Menuetto fast and the Trio slow, which kills the very concept of the movement. Also, in other recordings, the French horns often sound muddy or comotose, not even part of the ensemble.) But here: Perfection!!

  • Do not EVER sully a page UPON WHICH MOZART is mentioned with a reference to mindless garbage like... well, cameraNR said it.

  • yup(: were playing this for our orchestra concert in the spring

  • @sal12375 yeah.

  • is this 3/4 time ?

  • This man certainly knew how to score for french horn (among the many, many other things he knew how to do).

  • One of the most amazing trios ever written, PERFECTION Herr Mozart!!
