  • I'd like to add one more thing... I think Schells sucks. Bottom line. But if I'm out of beer, I'd gladly drink a Schells. That's what really matters, I guess.

  • I'll have to try a Summit.Whats your favorite from Summit? Do they have a good Bock beer Like Lienies Big Butt?

  • Not! Schell's sucks. They should of never messed with Grain Belt.

  • I used to hate Schell's Beer.I used to Be a MGD drinker. But one day I Bought a case of Schell's cause it was on sale.I've bought another case of MGD after and MGD is like drinking water compared to Schell's.Johnny your bio says you're 23 you just haven't lived long enough to enjoy great beer. And by the way Schell's SAVED Grain Belt if it wasn't for Schell's you'd have no more Grain Belt.

  • I have Not Had a Schell in nearly 20 some years....

  • @johnnymv14 The water in New Ulm beats the HELL out of the water in Minneapolis, where Grain Belt was brewed. I do know beer, I live in Prague..and I dont mean New Prague either. Ive been to to Schells brewery and sampled almost all thier beers. They make a fine brew. 5 stars for Schells.

  • Johnny, Schell is a great brewery. One day you may realize that, but most likely you are just one of the many individuals who really don't know beer. And Schell did save Grain Belt, which is a good but not great beer. Beerbelly, Summit is also a great brewery, give the EPA and ESB a try.

  • I respectfully disagree with your opinion that Schell's SAVED Grain Belt. I remember Grain Belt when it was still made in St. Paul (I am 23, but that doesn't mean that I have bad taste!) and it was MUCH better. I agree with the MGD statement, only I'd replace Schells with Summit. Summit blows Schells out of the water.

  • DAMN GOOD BEER
