@TheJetman968 And to end this whole 'Dave-solo' discussion: It was a fucking tribute, done with respect in mind. Hell, Mustaine even stated that he found it a huge honour to participate in this cover. But if the honouring aspect of a tribute is inferior to the musical aspect, then fuck this shit, I'm out.

@TheJetman968 Check 'all comments' before saying that, plus, where did I say that Dave was better then Petrucci ? Also, I can't really comprehend all the bashing on dave. He's a critically acclaimed thrash genius and musical mastermind, not to forget Megadeth & Metallica. But yeah, that's a matter of opinion ofcourse.

@GanjaPharmzor I see no other comments suggesting that he didn't know he was supposed to play the solo, and comments aren't proof of it. Petrucci is miles better than Dave, he would have played it so much cleaner.
