I have taken lots of flower essences but i regret to say i have not stayed with any consistently enough to see results. 3 1/2 years on flower essences 24 hours a day. I have dissipated huge amounts of worry, guilt, anguish, anger, resentment esetra. People say I am profoundly loving and kind and deeply bright.
