Korean Movie (2006):

Firmly believing herself to be a cyborg, she refuses to consume like a human being. Il-soon is another patient, who catches the eye of Young-goon and soon becomes a close friend. My interpretation of the ending was that like alsaeedabdi said that a relationship is established. Even before the end Young-Goon was on the road to recovery even if there was a bit of relapse at the end. Even if they were quite insane they were in a better place and mindset then where they started.

Unlike Hollywood many foreign films don't always have a conclusion to end the film. If I remember correctly this one is similar. The only conclusion is that both the main characters now have a relationship of sorts. However they are still mentally not quite right. I suggest you watch the film again, it might help put everything into perspective. Although there certainly is nothing wrong with walking away not quite understanding every little thing of the film.

I'm not quite sure what you don't get. Just so you know I don't understand Korean. I saw the film with English Subtitles. It's somewhere around here on YouTube.
