@austyn16 I think it's all about maturity. If you are able to prioritize I don't think that there would be anything wrong with a high school student smoking occasionally. I don't think smoking every day is good for you at all at that age, but if you know what you need to do to succeed in school and out of school, and you can control yourself it's fine. Joe Rogan said that he smoked and drank in highschool. If he just said it's fine for high school kids to smoke, everyone would be up his ass.
