Hi, I've been playing around doing similar but one thing I haven't quite mastered is how you have got the web front end linked up to drive the GPIO's. At the moment I've been playing around with getting Apache to write to a file, and then a python programme runs separately monitoring the file ... it works but isn't very responsive. Any chance you could do a blog/tutorial/share your code?

use node.js - it's cool!
I've made the same thing with different chassis and arduino + mshield and, of course, RasPi. The only thing that I'm waiting for a great camera from raspberry that they are working on. I'm out of usb ports to connect it and I don't want to use powered hub.
