Pigments I used: Jordana Loose Pigments:
http://www.jordanacosmetics.com/p-113-loose-eye-shadow.aspx

This was an expirement using water and pigments that cost me $1.29 each. Play around with it yourself and see what consistency is right for you, you can use it as a cream shadow or as liquid liners, and they are very pigmented and vibrant when wet. Make sure to use pigments that you don't mind "wasting."

If you have any questions please ask!

NOTE: Not all pigments are going to work the same way. I Tried pigments that I got from Rainbow and it made my brush turn rock hard, and so did the eyeshadow.
-Also you can use a small container to mix these, I used a CD case so that you can see what happens as I am mixing, but you don't have to use it.
::The song used for my video is by Enigma. I do not claim to own it or own any copywright of thise music.::
