I grew up in Rio Vista, it was a hole then it's a hole now. I am shocked anyone would even think about investing there.

Considering the unrestrained sprawl over the rest of California, this is not a big deal. The fewer matchstick tract homes the better.

now that the speculators lost their properties, maybe more families will actually live in those homes. Meaning, without the aid of ARMs to speculate with, they just overbuilt.
