He explains everything very nicely as it happened. he is right, democracy died in Iran after overthrowing Mosaddeq. Shortsightedness of US government at that time and stupidity of Shah (king) of Iran.

And fact is,that the CIA and the MI6 installed a oppressive dictator for their own interests and that the revolution against the corrupt Shah was supported by many many parts of the society. You wont be able to discuss that away,moron.

Oh please,since (Reza Chan)Pahlevi came '21 Iran was the bitch of the Britains. The iranien parlamento decided to nationalize the oil,not the Shah. And as Mossadegh got elected twice,the British and the American overthrowed him in Operation Ajax.
After that,the president couldnt start any reforms without the permission of the Shah. And the nationalization of the oil got deleted of course.
I see how "democratic" it was under the Schah and how "glad" the people were under him.
