This is my "how to" on making over a plain cork/bulletin board. Its a beachy/nautical theme. The song heard is moonlight sonata. Items used/needed for this:
1. Bulletin board/cork board (framed)
2. Acrylic paint
3. Craft paintbrush
4. Hot glue gun
5. Thumb tacks/push pins
6. Starfish (or whatever you want)
7. Pics/ribbons/cards- basically anything you want to show on your board
